Is There a Method of Natural Teeth Whitening?

I am looking to whiten my teeth. They are not too bad, but they are more yellow than I would like. However, I am looking for a more natural method of teeth whitening. There are some products out there that I really don't feel comfortable using. I am fine with even trying some of these online products, but I am just looking for some good suggestions. So if someone could point out to me a more natural teeth whiter or natural teeth whitening method that would be much appreciated!

Is it advisable to go for dental teeth whitening?

I heard the major effect is sensitive teeth. How sensitive would it be? Painful? What other effects does it have? Besides this, is there other teeth whitening method? and would it be harmful?

Sensitivity issues all depends how sensitive is your teeth. I have seen patients who are not even sensitive even if half of their tooth is worn off, But i have seen few of them complaining of sensitivity on intact tooth. If your tooth are hypersensitive, dont go for it. If it is normal, you can go ahead. If you really want to be care full, try agents with less concentration of hydrogen peroxide.

Is laser teeth whitening better at making the teeth white?

I had the trays once but they didnt make the entire tooth white, as if the product didnt cover the entire tooth, it wasnt uniform. will the laser (i think its laser), the one time whitening be better at making the teeth all white?
