im pretty proud of my teeth, there actually very nice however, i wouldn't mind them being slightly whiter is there any home remedy's that could help this? i dont want to spend ridiculous amounts of teeth whitening kits, specially as they remove the enamel of the tooth any suggestions?

Teeth Whitening with burned toast?
I just read that Jacqueline Kennedy used to whiten her teeth using burned toast. has anybody tried this?

I did'nt know that but according to the website About.Com, quote. "burnt toast was often used to whiten teeth. It is believed that it is the burnt bits that were ground up into a powder then mixed with a little flavored oil and then the teeth were brushed with the mixture." unquote. Interesting but you would have to find the time to prepare it. And save money on tooth paste.

Has anyone done the BleachBright teeth whitening system?
I saw people doing whitening treatments in the middle of the mall today . . . has anyone had any experience with it? I'm thinking about going back tomorrow and getting the treatment . . . I don't want to waste my money if it doesn't work though.

Yah it really does work. I had it done today and went up 5 shades. It didn't hurt or anything and the people that worked there where really nice. I'd suggest it over going to the dentist big time. I don't know how much they charge in your mall but I did it for $99.00 which is a steal considering you can do the same thing at the dentist for like $400

When to brush my teeth after using crest whitening strips?
I have just bought crest whitening strips supreme. I was just wondering... when is the best time to wear them and when should I brush my teeth? I heard from someone that you shouldn't brush your teeth immediately after having used the strips. Is this true?

You brush AND floss thoroughly first before putting the strips on so that all the plaque is removed otherwise it will create a barrier and prevent the strips form working. Then I suggest waiting about 30 minutes after taking the strips off before eating or drinking. I believe the directions say to wear them twice a day for 30 minutes, so after breakfast and before bed would be good.

Zoom teeth whitening VS at home trays?
I already have the at home tooth whitening trays from the dentist and I've been using it for five days now. He told me that after the fourth day it should be WOW! I don't even really see a difference at all. What are your experiances with the at home trays? Do you think Zoom whitening works better or just works faster?I am getting really discouraged. How much does Zoom cost? Please PLEASE help me and thanks.
