Latley I have noticed that I don't have the whitest teeth. I would really like a white smile. I have heard that alot of whitening products do not work and are painful. but i would like to know if anyone knows a product or technique that works. Thanks Ahead =]

Hydrogen peroxide and Baking soda to whiten teeth?
I read that these two products are good for fast whitening results, but how much of each should I mix together? and should I rinse with it before brushing or after etc? Thanks!

I read an article a couple of weeks ago on Yahoo that said you shouldn't bother going to the dentist. You should just use Crest White Strips instead. The stuff they apply to your teeth at the dentist's office to whiten your teeth is the same stuff that's in the Crest White Strips, the dentist's stuff is just stronger. However, Crest White Strips yield excellent results and for a lot less money.

What is the best method of whitening your teeth?
so i really want a hollywood white smile...i have weird teeth.... ive tried everything... strips, paint stuff, trays, even one of those booth thingies in the mall... my teeth are literally a yellowish color and the dentist said no matter how much i brush,, theyll be yellow lol... the thing in the mall actually kinda worked... made them 6 shades whiter but they turned yellolw again!!! i brush them all the time.... what about a cosmetic dentist? zoom whitening? anything.... heres a pic of my teeth... http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d48/y1…

no system is safe..............you have perfectly nice teeth, and making them whiter than your natural shade will just look silly............americans seem obsessed with having teeth so white they glow in the dark...and of course the bleaching agent will damage your teeth...making them hypersensitive longterm, no one knows what the longterm effect the bleach does to enamel as there has been no study done but it cannot be good for your dental health
