I have tried all those tooth pastes that say it makes you teeth whiter but it has not helped at all. I want to bleach my teeth but I heard that is really bad for your teeth. Is there any cheap and healthy way to whiten your teeth without hurting them? Thanks

There is no best way to whiten teeth its chemicals your putting on. Use a whitening toothpaste on a daily basis like crest and try the crest white strips they really work but be careful your teeth will hurt in the beginning. If you drink coffee, tea, wine or soda that can stain your teeth so make sure once u whiten your teeth to stay away from those things. If you smoke that definitley stains your teeth. My advice as a dental hygienist try the strips first and if your not happy with the results u can even try the whitening trays from your dentist or zoom which is an hour procedure.

Can anyone recommend a teeth whitener that works?
I just went to the dentist and i asked her about getting my teeth whitened, and she told me about something called NITEWHITE that they do, but it costs $600.00. Thats is a bit too much for me. So I was hoping to see if anyone had gotten some other treatment or even home treatments.

Yes - just came out. It's called WhyteRyte made by Dental Dynamics. Check your local pharmacy for it. I used it for a week and was AMAZED at the results. A one month supply costs about $39.95. Good luck.

how much does it cost to get my teeth whitened?
Hello I live in Vancouver, and I would just like to know how much it costs to get teeth whitened. I know there isnt really a fixed rate but i just wanna get some idea. thanks

Its about $250 but you could just call your loacl dentist and ask for a quote but there is many differnet treatments out there now you can get a home kit and do it your self which is allot cheaper... good luck :)

Best ways to whiten your teeth? I've just used that whitelight thing and its made my teeth yelllow. Are there any good brands which i can trust?

hmm.. dont know fo whitening systems.. too expensive- but ive tried the yellow listerine.. this b4 brushing helps me...its cheaper.. or try strips

How to whiten teeth without destroying your gums?
I want white teeth but have gum disease. Any safe ways to do this?

Brush with baking soda, swish and rinse with full strength peroxide. Be very careful not to swallow any of the peroxide. Keep spitting the peroxide out until your mouth is as empty of the peroxide as it can be, scraping your tongue with your teeth each time before spitting. Then dry your tongue and outside of your mouth with a clean dry towel and leave your teeth at that until time for the next brushing, then repeat this procedure. I think you should start to see a big improvement in the brightness of your teeth within the first couple of days.

How can i make my teeth whiter?
I've tried whitening tooth paste... didn't work I don't drink much fizzy drinks I dont eat much chocolate I don't drink milk but i would drink it if i had to... i normally have chocolate milkshakes Don't drink tea or coffee... like at most once a week normally less. So what whitens teeth? Cause mine are like yellowish and im only 14 so i want them whiter... i drank a lotta coke when i was younger..

Hiya , Does anyone no any tooth whitening products and were you can get them from?
I have no enamel on my teeth that i have had since i was little and still have it now , i have to go to the dentise and have crowns and things like that but at the moment i cant have them , I have only got ones that aint going to last long .
