can i whiten my teeth with peroxide while using crest white strips?

I use Crest White strips about once a day or every other day, could i use peroxide at the same time? or is it one or the other? how about could i use baking soda at the same time as whitening strips?

What is a good way to whiten teeth, and fast?

i was just looking at my teeth in the mirror and realized that they aren't really white. im getting my braces off next month and im nervous that i might have little white squares where they used to be. how can i either prevent that and or make my teeth get all pearly white like the ones you see on the t.v.?

your not suppose to use any whiting product while having braces on. i don't like my teeth looking yellow, so is there a way i could whiten my teeth without any thing bad?

I wouldn't, it would be quite pointless. You would only be able to get at the bits of your teeth around the braces, so when you got them off it would look pretty weird, and if your teeth are yellow you're not brushing well enough! Just wait until you get your brace off, the orthodontist will clean up your teeth then. Good luck.

Like, what brand of toothpaste... Does baking soda really work? And if so, how do you use it? And any other agent to whiten teeth? (without going to the dentist or using those strips.)

yes baking soda with a little bit of peroxide really does work just mix two or three teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide and two teaspoons of baking soda together. Its not instant but with time you'll get results for an at home kit that works quick see the resource box good luck

Tooth Whitening after braces?

I got my braces off today! YAY! But i go the trident whitening pen, and whitening toothpaste, what else can i do to get my teeth whitened without having to go to a doctor to get it done? Does the dissolving strips work?

I've found that the dissolving strips are not as effective as regular strips. Crest whitening strips work the best, but they do cause some tooth sensitivity in some people.

I need one, and I don't know what types of brands are out there, or which types of brands are the best. I've tried whitening toothpastes but they don't take out the stains. They only whiten my teeth a little bit. Thanks.

brushing ur teeth with baking soda is one of the most effective ways u just have to get past the taste. drinking Coffee, tea, or anything with artificial colorings will darken ur teeth. just try to brush 2-3 times a day
