My teeth are in need of a little whitening, to say the least. Is there any way to whiten my teeth at home, without any other products.

I've heard that the most effective DIY method is bleaching with hydrogen peroxide. One of my friends tried this one. She says the taste is just awful and she would better eat a dog. Actually that was funny as she almost puked :) I also heard that lemon juice and soda might help. You can google 'teeth whitening' or 'teeth bleaching at home' and there are so many offers to choose from. I also found some video tutorials about teeth whitening on youtube that might help you.

tooth whitening system . How do celebrities acquire tooth whitening system? any advices?
I have a strong desire for white teeth smith. I brush my teeth, use expensive Crest mouthwash every morning and night. It seems that I will always have a yellow tint on my teeth. I do not smoke nor drink coffee/soda. Posting here to see if I can get any help with white teeth smith. How can I get white teeth?! Any products you recommend?

What's the best way for me to get my teeth really WHITE?
I've used whitening toothpaste for years and years, I've tried some gels and strips, etc. What is the best teeth whitening system you have used? I don't smoke and try not to drink a lot of coffee so my teeth aren't horribly yellow....I'd just like them to be sparkling white :) Please let me know based on your own personal experience. Thanks!

What is the best way to whiten your teeth?
Is whitening strips the best? They make my teeth so sensitive is there and easier way beside baking soda , peroxide ect..My teeth are really white but I want them even brighter... And I want them to stay that way ..Nothing is more beautiful than a dazzling 'smile' !

Having worked in the dental field for many years, the best thing on the market is Zoom 2. In my office, our patient's whiten anywhere from 8-15 shades in a matter of 1-2 hours. A "block out" solution is placed on the surrounding tissues so they are not burned by the strong get. A desensitizing gel is given to the patient. It is placed in their trays immediately after the whitening process and stays in their mouth for perhaps a hour to help get rid of the "zingers" that can sometimes come after the in-office process. Immediate results within a relatively short period of time. A take home touch up kit is also given to the patient to use as needed. (Remember to keep the gel in the fridge as it keeps longer, Gel over 1 year old usually is no longer effective.) Take home kits are okay if you can handle keeping the trays in for 1-2 hours everynight for the next 2-3 weeks. Over the counter are not strong enough for most people to get the results they want. Zoom specials are all over the place. Start calling around to your local dental office. Don't forget that many things we have in our diet and daily living contribute to staining our teeth. Make sure you keep up with your cleanings every 3-6 months as your dentist recommends. Vanish/Varnish (flouride) should be placed at every hygiene appointment. This helps to keep sensitivity under control Obviously, if your teeth are sensitive, go to your dentist to have it checked out. If there is an underlying problem, whitening might be put on hold until you have the treatment completed.

Teeth whitening products?
I don't want to spend a fortune going to the dentise, I looked some products up online and read good reviews, there was one which you bought in a pack of about 12 and you put a white lined thing on the top layer of your teeth then a smaller sized one on the bottom layer. Does anybody know the name of the product I'm talking about? I'm sure it's called crest something... Anyway if you don't I would be grateful if you could recommend some good products.

How do i whiten my teeth with out bleaching them?
I took of my braces 1 day ago but ive seen there a little yellow ,i talked to my dentist about whitening my teeth but since i have sensitive teeth it will damage and cause pain for me, What do i do?
