What's a really good tooth whitening system? I am not really concerned with price. I just want a tooth whitening system that really works! It can be either in office or at home. Let me know what you have tried and if it was worth it!!

I use Listerine Whitening and I'm very happy with it. I also supplement it with a whitening toothpaste. I tried the Crest Whitestrips a while back and they made my teeth hurt horribly for several weeks after it was done. They did work though. I have no complaints about the Listerine Whitening though. You just rinse with it for 1 minute once a day before you brush and it works. Best Wishes!

Should I wear yellow t-shirts to match my yellow teeth? How about yellow socks?
Because I can't afford teeth whitening now.. I need to fill cavities first :`(

get a job at UPS and you get free dental insurance after a year along with health insurance and vision and if you have kids that get yellow teeth the'll be covered too. and in the mean time you can where your yellow shirt and socks because they dont have a dress code.

What product that is under 30 $ will make my teeth super white?!?

I use Crest Advanced Seal and my teeth are almost like that white color. It is a bit over $30 ubt you can get coupons. And for every box that you buy there is a $7 or $10 off coupon inside for the next box. And brush your teeth after every meal and don't drink pop (if you have to use a straw and drink water afterwards to rinse the mouth of the extra pop so your teeth are not stainedI highly doubt though ).

I use Crest White Strips per reccomendation from my dentist.They work great!! They do take a little longer to get results than you could get from the Dentist but they are way cheaper!! If used to often they can make your teeth & gums sensitive.

If I were you, I would not use salt as it might actually hurt your gums. I happen to be using Colgate Whitening product. I cant remember its name exactly but its packaging is silver in colour and happens to have something like extra flouride written on it (thats what brightens the teeth). I suppose you can find it easily at shops because its the only Colgate product with silver and shiny packaging. This really worked for me. My teeth were very much whiter after using this only once. Hope I'd helped =)

I just had my teeth whitened and need help with foods?
So I just had my teeth done and was told I can only eat white foods for 72 hours! I only have jacket potatoes so can I have Cheese and butter with it or not?

have a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. alfretto pasta (yum). white rice with a little bit of butter for flavor. subway turkey sanwich with out tomatoes and pickles and mustard. toast with peanut butter (peanut butter doesnt stain and it will fill you up.) egg and cheese burrito.
