I had my two front teeth chipped about half way. The dentist filled it in i dont know how... bt now they are starting to stain. Is there anything you can buy to whiten these caps?

baking soda does the trick, just be careful with it because it can do some major damage if you brush WAY too much with it. look up home remidies online or something, i got a lot of info from there

Which is a better teeth whitener? hydrogen Peroxide or the crest strips?
Im wanting to whiten my teeth and I hear that Hydrogen peroxide works. but is it better than the then whitening strips? and do I have to dilute the hydrogen peroxide before using it?

Crest white strips always made my teeth a LOT whiter than just peroxide. However after brushing, peroxide definitely helps. But you can have confidence w/out white teeth. And we're all meant to be the age we are, so it's a lot better than the alternative right?

How can I whiten my teeth?
I don't smoke, I used to not take good care of my teeth but now I do. I would like to find something at Walmart that I can whiten my teeth with. Something that you know works please!

I would have to say that the trays work so much better. I bought the whitening strips a few months ago to use them the month before my wedding. While they worked, they were annoying to use. As you know, when you have toothpaste, or something like that in your mouth you salivate a great deal. Well, that caused my whitening strips to move around and I feel I spent an awful lot of time trying to put them back in place. My friend is a dental hygienist, and she recommends the trays over the strips as well. Good luck!

So ive read the baking soda solution works to whiten teeth, but i would like to know about how many brushes or how long does it take to see results?

Buy a Crest Pro Spinbrush. I bought one a week ago for $7.99 [plus tax] and my teeth are about 3 shades whiter by just using the brush and regular toothpaste. The brush has a round brush that spins on top, and a square brush that moves up and down on the bottom. Your teeth will be squeaky clean after you use it, and the stains I had on my teeth are almost gone, and like I said my teeth are about 3 shades whiter in only a week.
