I really need to whiten my teeth and i saw that the pro effects are the newest ones out. so im thinkin of getting those. you wear them like twice a day for 30 min. each, for ten days. has anyone used them or heard of them?

i use those and they have worked great for me- also, I use aquafresh advanced whitening toothepaste- It's got a shiny box. Holy Moly, I get compliments ALL the time on how my teeth are the whitest most people have seen. I do brush my teeth twice, three times a day.

How can i whiten my porcelain veneers on my teeth?
I have veneers teeth and they have gone slightly off white, how can i whiten them again? Are there any bleaching kits or other methods that would work on Porcelain veneers please help as i want white teeth for xmas. Thank you.

How to make may teeth whiter?
I heard that you can use baking soda to whiten your teeth but i tried it and it didnt work. I would do it 3 times a week for 1 month but it just got a little bit whiter. What can i do to make using baking soda more effectively? If there are any other ways to whiten your teeth could you tell me. Thanks!

1.use peroxide! thats what dentist use to whiten teeth! use a Q-tip to apply it to your teeth. rub it on your teeth but be careful, try not to get it on your gums(it will burn them- the edges will turn white) keep rubbing your teeth with the peroxide ...after a while of being on there (if you arent producing too much saliva) the peroxide will start to turn into a jelly like substance! .... leave it on there for a little longer and then wash it away..... (dont do this after you have brushed your teeth and dont brush them afterwarts, do it in between brushings) you might see a little whitening right away...i did! but i guess it just depends how yellow your teeth are! do it twice a week. 2. buy a whitening kit (the strips are better than just the liquid stuff! and of course use a whitening tooth paste

I searched for a lot of products you can just carry with you and apply on your teeth whenever you want. Most of them don't work, but i found a product that gives free trials. The product is called AlphaWhite and i just got the free trial 2 days ago. It works really well so far, and i think it will work for about just anyone. I'm still a little hesitant but since it's free, there's not much to lose. I think you can still get your free trial right now. I put the link in the source box. Good luck and hopes this helps.
