is it safe to use hydrogen peroxide to whiten ur teeth?how should i use it?and how often can i use it?what are the other means to get a whiter sparkling teeth?

i use it all the time as mouthwash and even in place of toothpaste. it DEF will whiten your teeth if you go the extreme that i do. however i have sensitive teeth to start with an i do not think this is helping matters. my teeth hurt. will DEF whiten your teeth tho. DEF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
