I have pretty yellow teeth. Not because I don't brush but because they're naturally like that. What can I do so that they're as white as other people? I'm pretty insecure about it.

I have experience with this field and I should say at first that there is nothing better than getting it professionally done by a dentist. However, since that can cost thousands of dollars, solutions exist so that you can do it at home. 1) Crest Whitestrips are a popular way to whiten teeth and they're sold at most pharmacy stores. The problem is that they rarely work well for people. Some people see good results. Most don't see a difference. I personally don't recommend them not because of that, but because they can make your teeth extremely sensitive. (When I used, it hurt my teeth to breathe through my mouth during the winder because of chilly air) 2) Use baking soda daily while brushing. This is as much of a raw DIY solution as you can get. It's effective but it takes somewhere from 2-4 months to see results. 3) Use other home whitening products. They can be very effective and most aren't very well known yet. You can't buy most of the good/effective ones at stores but you can order them by mail. Read more here http://www.theconsumertips-weekly.com/in
