At home teeth whitening?

Without buying a kit, what is the best way to whiten your teeth at home? (Besides the obvious brushing) And how do you do it...Like brushing with baking soda I know, but do you put it right on the toothbrush just with water or do you sprinkle it on your toothpaste? Thank you :D

Make a paste with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and brush with it by it self. You might want to brush with regular toothpaste after to get the taste out of your mouth though. Good Luck
