what can i use to whiten my teeth without whitening strips ot gels?

is there any home remedy like with hydrogen peroxied or anyhting???

Strawberries. Believe it or not brushing with a smashed strawberry will whiten your teeth (don't subsidize toothpaste for strawberries lol).
