I live in the UK, I'm 19 and when I had braces i accidentally pulled the top set off when my tooth brush got caught in the back. Out of worry of it happening again I began brushing my teeth very lightly or skipping brushes, after the braces came off I had lovely straight teeth but the colour has yellowed. I now brush my teeth properly but I'm really sad they are not very white any more, please help!
