Any help? My teeth got pretty yellow since food gets stuck all the time and it's obviously impossible to use white strips. Any solutions to whiten teeth? Does baking soda work?

Baking Soda will help or you can use any of the whitening toothpastes. You don't want to use an actual whitener while having braces on because you will have discolored patches when you have them removed. Once they're off then have them bleached for a beautiful smile!
