I really want to whiten my teeth but I cant affored the dentist and im not allowed to do the strips so is there any natural at home ideas!! Please help!! details will be great!

Mix baking soda with water and brush your teeth with it. It tastes really terrible though so you will probably have to use mouthwash or toothpaste to balance out the taste. But it works and is very cheap. edit: mix the water(or mouthwash) and baking soda almost evenly to make it like a paste... anyways, anyway you do it will work as long as you're using the baking soda.
