if you're a heavy coffee/tea/soda drinker, how do you prevent your teeth from being stained?

do you have a really great tooth paste you use? do you brush your teeth after after cup of coffee? what's your method? i just got my teeth whitened, and i drink about two cups of coffee and three cups of tea a day, and i don't want them to get stained again!!!

Get little straws you can use with your tea and coffee.The straws will minimize the amount of coffee that actually touches your teeth also get a really good toothpaste that has whitening in it and brush your teeth twice a day.Also you can rinse your mouth with water right after your done drinking.You should be fine.You can actually use the coffee stirrers as straws i know i do :)
