Does the one hour teeth whitening kit work?
I saw a one-hour teeth whitening kit at the grocery store and was wondering if it worked well. It was around $30-$50. It uses a light and you use it only one time for an hour. I don't remember what it was called but I was wondering if this would work well. If anyone knows of any other good at home teeth whitening kits, let me know. Thanks!

I've never seen or heard of those, but I have tried the Aquafresh White Trays. I found that they worked for me, but I became very sensative after the 3rd day. My teeth are still white, and I use them every 6 months.

I would recomend Crest. My mom uses them and she has reay white teeth! (and she's a coffe-holic!) Also, brush them!(but you knew that.)

Hi Mathew, I used "Dr Georges Dental White, it worked for me and the good thing about this kit is that you actually get mouldable gum shields to add the gel too, which means you dont waste lots of the gel, unlike ordinary foam shields that dont fit your mouth properly. I just popped the gum shields in hot water for a little while not too much or the gum shield will be too soft to work with as i found out lol. Mould it to you teeth then let it set and youre ready. You then get a syringe pop it in the whitening gel bottle suck a bit out pop it in the shield and then leave it in for the instructed time, it does take longer to whiten your teeth than professional laser whitening would but its alot cheaper. I would advise you to be careful if you have sensitive teeth as you certainly will feel it work, i almost jumped when it the gel hit one of my sensitive teeth, but i fixed this by useing some toothpaste for sensitive teeth just before i used the gel. I cant remember where i got it from but if you google the name iam sure you will find the stuff. If youre in the Uk make sure you get it from a site with .co.uk as you dont want to be paying import duty on it.

I used to use the Crest Whitening strips and that really worked!! You should try that before the light thing, because it's not as harsh I think. My teeth were very white for a long time. I have to use it again...now that you asked. :)

Is it okay for me to do 2 full teeth whitening processes in a row?
It is ok for me to do a full 14 day whitening system (crest white strips advanced seal) and then do another 14 day cycle in a row? Will my teeth become immune to the whitening products if I do this?

What else is good besides Crest and Colgate toothpaste for Teeth Whitening?
I have been using Crest my whole life and recently switched over to Colgate Total about 6 months ago and Im not seeing a significant difference so now Im thinking about trying another brand. I know Crest and Colgate are the most popular but what else is out there that is great for Teeth Whitening?

What happens if you accidentally swallow a hydrogen peroxide teeth whitening pre-rinse product while gargling?
I was gargling with a teeth whitening mouth wash prior to brushing my teeth and accidentally swallowed some. It caused me to start throwing up quite violently with a very small amount of blood. Is there any problems that this can cause? My stomache hurts and my throat hurts now.

If anyone know of some stores that possibly sell mold kits..that would be the best. The name of the whitner is "nitewhite" and you can look it up on the net. Its what the dentists prescribe. There are different strenghts. Some you can keep on for an hour..and some you keep on overnite.
