whitening teeth!?! pls help?
ok, so i've had yellow teeth for years now and i've literally tried everything!..baking soda, tooth pastes, dieting from soda's and coffee, etc..but nothing has helped! i brush my teeth atleast twice a day (even 3 times somtimes), floss, use mouth wash...i cant even smile cuz im so insecure of my yellow teeth, there used to be a time when i had perfect straight white teeth :( PLS HELP ME! :)

Baking soda, it gets into the grooves of the teeth and buffs out the stains. They have recipies online of how to make Baking soda tooth paste but the easier way would be to just buy a tooth paste thats made with Baking soda I used something call ULTRA WHITE which worked well its not a big name but it sure as hell whitens.

what kind of whitening strips would you recommend?
I am going to by whitening strips or those little trays. I have heard both positive and negatives about crest. Should go with crest or get aquafresh? If you recommend crest what strength, cause I don't know which to buy. This is my first time whitening my teeth. My teeth are not yellow, but they are more of a creme color.

Then blur it, then Burn the edges again.

Which kind of Crest Whitestrips should I buy for my first time ever whitening my teeth?
I'm 18 and I've never had the need to whiten my teeth before but recently noticed they were looking a little dull (probably from drinking more coffee and sweet tea within the last year or two) and I decided to go buy some Crest Whitestrips. When I got to the store though, to my amazement there were quite a few different kinds, so I came home and went to the Crest Whitestrips website to figure out which one I needed to buy for my first time whitening. I would recommend switching to a toothpaste for sensitive teeth while you are using the whitening strips. I whitened my teeth and it was painful just to drink water from a drinking fountain because they were so sensitive! (Sensitivity happens with all teeth whitening, and tends to be worse with the faster acting formulas because they are stronger). Sensodyne worked well for me. Also make sure not to leave them on longer then stated - I made the terrible mistake of sleeping in the strips one night - I couldn't use them again for at least a week because my teeth were in so much pain! getting your teeth whitened at a kiosks? i need ur opinions?
im planning on getting my teeth whitened. but i need your opinion. at this shopping mall, there is professional teeth whitening kiosk and im not sure if i should do it there. they told me it takes 15 min to make my teeth white and cost is $150. and they told me that it lightens teeth 2-4 shades (what does this mean 2-4 shades? )
