Can you put on all teeth whitening strips on in one day and see results?
haha - I'm lazy, and I finally got around to using my Equate? white strips...it says to wear a pair for 30 minutes twice a day...Could you put all of them on (keeping each on for 30 minutes) in one day and see the same results as if you were to do it separately each day? I'm not 30+ of age and I was wondering if those crest or any whitening strips damage your teeth. After I get my braces off, I want to use those (I don't want to have yellow-ish looking teeth! Some people talk about vinegar (acetic acid) and baking soda (abrasive) that can damage your teeth irreversibly. In general though you should study a little bit more about bleaching your teeth. i have used crest white stips before and they worked pretty well without any sensitvity. I also once had my teeth whitened professionally and had a allergic reaction that was pretty bad. i dont want that happening again and be worse. You can purchase the drugstore version, but do yourself of using them right after you get your teeth cleaned as any staining and buildup (tartar or plaque) will impede their ability to work. Also, don't use fluoride toothpaste before putting the strips on (same reason). The strips are probably your best low price alternative, much less than in office whitening or custom trays (about $500.00). Most whitening toothpastes just remove stain on the surfaces of your teeth and therefore are not so effective.
