Im trying to whiten my teeth and since its summer i have a lot of time. Ill brush my teeth for 10 minutes in the morning and use this whitening mouthwash. Then brush another time for 20 or 30 minutes in the afternoon when i get home. Last ill brush for another ten minutes and use the whitening mouthwash again. Is this healthy or unhealthy for my teeth? And how long do you think it will take to become white again if i already see imporvement andits only been three days?

New to whitened teeth, is it strange to be able to see my tongue through me teeth?
Only within the last year have I REALLY been on top of cleaning my teeth well. I'm just making sure its not a symptom of something being wrong or anything. When I put my tongue to the inside of my bottom teeth, I can see a color difference through me teeth, which appears to be my tongue.

Best ways of whitening my teeth help.?
Well I want to start making my teeth whiter, but im wondering what would be better making a toothpaste from baken soda and hydrogen peroxide or just rising with hydrogen peroxide? I rather make the toothpaste if it works, being that it more safer then just rising with hydrogen peroxide. Btw i use crest pro health daily, but it doesn't help with the lighter yellow tint thats on my teeth. So i want to make them whiter, and i don't smoke, but I do drink soda's but mostly sprite.
