I used a tooth whitening product and now my bottom teeth hurt a lot and are very sensitive.How can i stop it?
Its been 8 hours since i took off the whitening product and i feel as if my teeth start to hurt more and more. What can i do at home to stop the pain? i dont want to go out and buy anything, i just want to know something i can do at home to make this pain go away quickly.

There are sensitivity toothpastes that may help in the long run, but there's not much you can do to take the immediate pain away. It will disappear after a day or two, but you could try sipping on some warm tea? I don't know what the pain's caused by so that may not work, but it's worth a try.

Can tooth whitening toothpaste cause sensitivity in teeth?
I started having trouble back in October. I went to the dentist, and he couldn't find anything wrong with my teeth. He said wait a little bit and see if it gets better. I just realized that my probelm started after I started using Colgate toothpaste with tartar protection and whitening. I have been using Sensodyne since the problem started and have not been using the Colgate, and while things are a bit better, I still have pain.

I used a Crest Teeth Whitening strip for the first time and I have a few decalcification spots on my teeth, and when I took it off it had made the spots a lot brighter. Will they keep getting brighter? How long till they start to not really stand out?

You can read through the instruction guide that will clearly tell you how often you need to use to maintain whiten teeth! Teeth whitening strip usually whiten the whole teeth instead of just the decalcification spots. Make sure you follow through the instructions as you definitely don't want either over use as it will damage your enamel. Be it, whitening strips or etc. I'm trying to debate whether those crest white strips truly work or not? I had some of the crest white strips but they didn't really help for me.
