Where is a good place for teeth whitening?
looking to get teeth whitening but have no idea what to look for. Whats a good place and what are things I should watch out for so my teeth don't get ruined?

I get my teeth whitened about once a year at my dentist's office, apparently it's perfectly safe to get your teeth professionally whitened every 6 months, but I don't like going crazy with it. A cosmetic dentist will be able to help you figure out what level of whitening works best for you and it's a super simple procedure at the office.

What are the requirements for in-office teeth whitening?
I would like to whiten them in the next two months, but I'm afraid they won't due to my current conditions. I have cracked wisdom teeth and a few un-filled cavaties. Possibly more. Besides the obvious there are also toothpastes for smokers and coffee drinkers. Or you may want to try a home remedy for whitening by using baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. If you want to shell out about $500.00 you can go to a dentist and get the "Brite Smile treatment" It's pretty expensive but it's gaurenteed. This was the route that I took and I could not believe it when I got home. I had that Hollywood celebrity smile.

If you get mouth guards like the type you use for hockey etc and heat them up in boiling water so that they go soft and then let them cool enough to put in your mouth you can push them up against your teeth and suck the air out from under the mould to make them fit your teeth. Then wait until they cool and you can get tooth bleach yourself and leave it in for the length it says on the packet. It will do the same job for hundreds of pounds cheaper. :)

My advise: Please do it under supervision of a dental professional (either a dentist or dental hygienist). Then you know you will be safe!
