Best teeth whitening for white lesions on teeth after braces.?
I've had braces now for going on 7 years due to some financial issues and today they took off some of my brackets to replace them with newer ones and I noticed that I had a white spot on my front tooth right where the bracket was. When I finally get my braces off will I be able to whiten my teeth and this white spot not look so bad?

Does 35% carbamide peroxide teeth whitening really work?
I have got myself some 35% carbamide peroxide and some mouth trays from online. Its meant to be great teeth whitener. Ive been instructed to wear it every other day for 5 mins and then increase to 10 if I dont get sensitivity. Ive tried it once for 5 mins. It stinks your gums but once its off its fine. Anyone used this and does it actually work? and if so how many 10 minute sessions will it take? Thanks

Best at home teeth whitening?
I have pretty sensitive teeth, whenever i do whiten my teeth i get that terrible Zinging feeling. Its like white pain and goes away after one second. Are there any teeth whitening systems that work well with sensitive teeth? I dont mind spending a little more that the regualr amount. Id like to get it done in a few sessions. Any ideas?

I have many black bottles of hydrogen peroxide for cuts and scrapes. They are expiring soon and I was wondering if it is good/suitable for whitening teeth? On the bottle it just says rinse in mouth to clean teeth...

Once the bottles expire use it blood stains on clothes only and don't buy more for cuts as it is too harsh and not recommended for cleansing wounds any more. Basically what you would need to do is just get some apple cider vinegar and pour it in a cup, place it in your mouth and you would just swish around with it. You don't have to brush your teeth with it just basically gargle with it, swish around for a good one to two minutes, spit it out and then rinse around with water because I am sure because the taste would be very nasty.
