I love green tea. How can I naturally whiten my teeth from the stains.?
I am against using bleaching whitening products. I would rather take off the stain than cover it up. Also, I have strong teeth, and I don't want to use anything that would weaken my enamel. (I want to keep my teeth strong. Why mess up a good thing. I am lucky to have no cavities so far, at 20).

They all say they're scientifically proven to, but where is the evidence, Where is the PDF on this experiment to be found? And for all the dentists out there, do you find that the patients who chew these gums have whiter teeth?

Question about teeth whitening gel...?
After you apply the gel to your teeth, can you close your mouth? Or do you have to keep your moth open and your teeth bared for the few minutes the gel has to stay on?

So, if you abstain from the staining chemicals and have a healthy diet (low on sugar and decent amount of calcium it is about the best you can do for your teeth, besides regular brushing. They used to use baking soda and salt in the olden days instead of toothpaste and use that for cleaning. But it is a very slow process. Faster to get some teeth paint and paint them white.

Im in the 8th grade and I JUST got my braces off! So obviously, I can't stop smiling! No body's said anything, but I can't help but feeling my teeth aren't as white as they should be. 4 months ago i had my teeth whitened at the dentist but carried on smoking, my teeth have gone yellow again?
I have since stopped smoking and would like to whiten my teeth again. since ive only had it dont recently the stains are surely just superficial so will an over the counter product work to remove these new stains in the last 4 months and restore my teeth to the white they were after the dentist whitened them Thanks for any answers!

I would try something like that, or like it was mentioned earlier, see your dentist for another treatment, or other options.

Does it matter if I get whitening before or after getting veneers?
My main goal in life right now is to fix what I'm most self-concious about: my teeth. My two current aims are getting my teeth whitened and getting veneers to fill in the of the gaps and improve their overall shape. My query is whether it would matter which I had done first? well i just started doing this for like only 4 days, and i've already seen the difference. it really works and its not bad for your teeth. all you do is buy a bottle of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide, make sure its not 100% hydrogen peroxide. that is bad. but ya 3% hydrogen peroxide. brush your teeth first then take one cap full and swish it around just as you would mouth wash for 1 minute. and spit it out. but dont rinse it out yet. wait 1 more minute. then you can rinse. do this twice a day. it works great and its not bad for your teeth at all. and it works amazingly. and the bottle of 3% hydrogen peroxide is only 52 cents at walmart. and it actually says that its used as a mouth wash on the back on the directions. and i have a little cup in my bathroom with just enough 3% hydrogen peroxide to cover the head of my tooth brush and when your done brushing just put it in there instead on your tooth brush holder or w/e. it cleans all germs and adds the whitening-nes to the tooth paste when you brush. hope i helped out!
