does white stripes work, like crest white stripes? and does eney one know eney way to have white teeth? and a fast way? thank you so much:)

well i use them and they do work...but my friends older sister used them so0o much theyy took of the enamel off her teeth and they are basically clear now....but i only use them 2 every year
