Do I need to use teeth whitening strips everyday around the same time?
Yesterday I went to cvs and bought some whitening strips that were cvs brand. You hve to use them once everyday for 30 mins so last night I used them at 9 30 pm until 10pm. Do I have to use the whitening strips again today around that same time for the best results? Or could I just do it right in the morning?

Being a red wine and tea drinker myself, I find that the strips didn't quite get an even whiteness on my teeth. As others have also mentioned,I found them lacking in between the gaps for example. And of course keeping away from coffee, tea and smoking will help too. ;-) The crest whitening strips work pretty good. I notice a difference the first few times I used it, but the more I used them though the less difference I saw. are you able to use baking soda and whitening toothpaste and whitening strips to whiten teeth?
can you use all of those (not at one time but baking soda for about 3-5 times a week, whitening strips use as much as instructed on product, and crest whitening toothpaste?) - would using these begin to damage my teeth, or cause the whitening strips not to work? should i only stick to the white strips?

I've heard to get your teeth whiter you can gargle hydrogen peroxide. Also baking soda. Oh yeah and to make your home made tooth paste was mixing hydrogen peroxide, baking soda and a bit of toothpaste. Is this true? Will any of these harm your teeth and gums?

Well you heard right, both hydrogen peroxide and baking soda can do wonders for you, plus they are also cheap. In terms of safety though, i wouldn't use as much peroxide as it can lead to some issues if ingested.
