My teeth are in need of a little whitening, to say the least. Is there any way to whiten my teeth at home, without any other products.

I've heard that the most effective DIY method is bleaching with hydrogen peroxide. One of my friends tried this one. She says the taste is just awful and she would better eat a dog. Actually that was funny as she almost puked :) I also heard that lemon juice and soda might help. You can google 'teeth whitening' or 'teeth bleaching at home' and there are so many offers to choose from. I also found some video tutorials about teeth whitening on youtube that might help you.

tooth whitening system . How do celebrities acquire tooth whitening system? any advices?
I have a strong desire for white teeth smith. I brush my teeth, use expensive Crest mouthwash every morning and night. It seems that I will always have a yellow tint on my teeth. I do not smoke nor drink coffee/soda. Posting here to see if I can get any help with white teeth smith. How can I get white teeth?! Any products you recommend?

What's the best way for me to get my teeth really WHITE?
I've used whitening toothpaste for years and years, I've tried some gels and strips, etc. What is the best teeth whitening system you have used? A "block out" solution is placed on the surrounding tissues so they are not burned by the strong get. A desensitizing gel is given to the patient. It is placed in their trays immediately after the whitening process and stays in their mouth for perhaps a hour to help get rid of the "zingers" that can sometimes come after the in-office process. Immediate results within a relatively short period of time. A take home touch up kit is also given to the patient to use as needed. (Remember to keep the gel in the fridge as it keeps longer, Gel over 1 year old usually is no longer effective.) Take home kits are okay if you can handle keeping the trays in for 1-2 hours everynight for the next 2-3 weeks. Over the counter are not strong enough for most people to get the results they want. Zoom specials are all over the place. Start calling around to your local dental office. Don't forget that many things we have in our diet and daily living contribute to staining our teeth. Make sure you keep up with your cleanings every 3-6 months as your dentist recommends. Vanish/Varnish (flouride) should be placed at every hygiene appointment. This helps to keep sensitivity under control Obviously, if your teeth are sensitive, go to your dentist to have it checked out. Teeth whitening products?
I don't want to spend a fortune going to the dentise, I looked some products up online and read good reviews, there was one which you bought in a pack of about 12 and you put a white lined thing on the top layer of your teeth then a smaller sized one on the bottom layer. Does anybody know the name of the product I'm talking about? I'm sure it's called crest something... Anyway if you don't I would be grateful if you could recommend some good products.

I am want to get mu teeth bleached. My current dentist is very good with cavities, root canals etc... But how do I know if he is good at teeth bleaching? Is it a procedure that requires skills? Should I go to a cosmetic dentist? Thanks

It says on the box...i believe it says up to six months...but from personal experience...mine lasted probably about a year..i would get compliments about how white my teeth were! They are expensive...BUT AWESOME!

I don't have any teeth. So, I don't use any. But my advise would be to get the dentist to whiten them thoroughly for you first. Then get something like Perl Drops to maintain them. Much easier this way.

I fell for the Everbright Teeth Whitening Scam. What can I do?
Unfortunately, I ended up doing the Everbright Teeth Whitening thing which was a scam. However, I realized it before the 10 day trial was up and promptly canceled (via phone) and sent the "kit" back. I found in the terms of the agreement though, that "if your not satisfied just return the whitening kit, even if it's empty..." So I just mailed back the empty box first class with confirmation to them and I still have about 5 days left on the trial so it should make it. Do you think they still will charge me because I kind of found a "loophole." Furthermore, I canceled the debit cards I used to purchase the product. I don't see how they actually could still charge me, what do you think?

I have read about this before I would imagine, since you covered your bases by sending back the kit and calling, you should be ok The nail in the coffin is canceling the debit card they would try to tap into when they want their monthly fee. If the card doesn't work, they aren't going to get any more money from you

I don't want to buy whitening strips (they cost so much!), so I was wondering if anyone had any remedies to whiten teeth. I do not want them to harm my teeth, just help them. A cheap and amazing way to whiten them is to use regular baking soda and water to make a paste. All you have to do is brush with it after your regular brushing!! This is the same thing that some dental offices use to clean your teeth and make them white!! The only thing is it can taste a bit salty!

Teeth Whitening Question!?
What is the best way to whiten my teeth, keep in mind I have very sensitive teeth and peroxide would only destroy my enamel more. I need a safe and effective way to get the whitest teeth of my life before I get my braces off.

I used colgate total whitening, and now my teeth is tip top. Make sure you brush hard, or it won't work. Somebody in the same household as I uses the same toothpaste but she has yellow teeth because she doesn't scrub hard enough. Just buy an electrical toothbrush, very helpful with braces too.
