How do i whiten my teeth?
I'm getting married in June and am hoping to whiten my teeth by then for the pictures and the wedding its self.If anyone could give me some cheap helpful tips to do this that would be great.Thank you ahead of time.

I actually got better results doing this than using the expensive whitestrips which were very annoying to wear and irritating to my gums. Don't throw your money away on white strips. But it works and is very cheap. edit: mix the water(or mouthwash) and baking soda almost evenly to make it like a paste... anyways, anyway you do it will work as long as you're using the baking soda.

Can whitening strips be worn under retainers?
I'm getting my braces off in a few days and I want to whiten my teeth to top everything off. I don't want to spend the money on professional whitening, so I was wondering if wearing strips under retainers would have any adverse effects.
