teeth whitening with baking soda or powder?
I have heard some say that they have used baking soda or powder as a teeth whitener? I know that it is in some toothpastes, but is it actually safe to use just alone on your toothbrush? If so, is the soda or powder more effective?

You can pour a teaspoon or two into a little medicine cup and leave it by your sink where you brush your teeth. This amount should last 5-7 days. Dip a slightly moist toothbrush in the cup and just the right amount will adhere to the brush. Brush your teeth as you normally do. Remember to brush your tongue also. And always remember to floss! Baking soda has a slightly salty taste to begin with, then when you are through, it leaves a pleasantly fresh, slightly sweet taste in your mouth that freshens your breath. It is good for you. It helps whiten your teeth slightly, and helps maintain the proper pH in your mouth. It is way less expensive than all the commercial toothpaste products on the market. I've been using it for years!

Has anyone used Intelliwhite the teeth whitening system sold on HSN ? Does it work ?
I saw this Intelli white on HSN and I am thinking about buying it but for 80 bucks I want to know what I am getting into first . Has anyone used this product ? If so how well does it work ? Would I just be better off getting the painful Zoom bleach job at the Dentist ??

Three teeth whitening questions?
I have two teeth whitening questions: 1) Is it okay to use Crest Vivid White night during the day? Also will using it both in the day and at night whiten my teeth better, rather than using Crest Vivid white in the day, Crest vivid white night in the night? 2) Will swishing salt and water in my mouth whiten my teeth? 3) How long does it take Crest Vivid white products to get white teeth? How come my teeth aren't whitening?

Keep using the whitening toothpastes, etc. Just avoid things like coffee/tea, pizza/pastas with red sauce, burgers or other greasy foods. All of those things can stain your teeth and really prevent your teeth from being whiter. If you eat those things then just brush your teeth afterwards =)

They are all basically the same thing. You could by a copycat product and spend less $$ and it'll work. Don't invest in the gimmicks. They've never been proven to increase the bleaching (even laser bleaching.. it's just faster, it won't get your teeth whiter

If money is not an issue that get them laser whitening. Strips are OK but it takes time to get them white. If you do it laser whitening it will be about an hour when you will see the difference. ??

Make sure the product that you buy has thick gel which stays in place. You should also look out for additives and fillers added to the gel which may cause additional sensitivity.
