What's the best teeth whitening stuff to use?

answers please! I want to make sure to buy the right stuff.

Whitening TOOTHPASTE and actually whitening strips or trays are very different. If you want to actually change the shade of your teeth, you need a tray or strips. Whitening toothpaste says "whitening" on the tube because it is a little more abrasive and some have peroxide in them. This will not change the color of you teeth at all or very little. It just keeps the everyday outside stains down. Whitening from a tray or strip actually changes the color of your teeth by opening up what's called tubules in you enamel and then the whitener can get "inside" your teeth. As far as types of whiteners......the best is the type at the dentist office, but if you can't afford that, crest white strips work well!
