Can a tanning bed whiten my teeth?
I know it sounds stupid, but you know how you see that "zoom" whitening technique on TV where a crazy blue light whitens people's teeth? A tanning bed has crazy blue light. Are the UV rays the same? Could I whiten my teeth and get tan at the same time?

i looked it up and you can mix baking soda and table salt together for teeth whitening but i do not have any baking soda. is there any other mixtures that i could whip up to clean my dogs teeth?

Ive been considering teeth whitening. Ive heard several things about the ZOOM and the Brite Smile HELP!?
Ive researched a bit and found several things about both the Brite Smile and the Zoom procedures. At lot of this has been negative, but some positive. I want maximum results with no pain and for a reasonable price. Help me choose if this procedure is right?

How to whiten teeth without changing the color of clear braces!?
So, I have pretty "average" color teeth, but I'd like them to be whiter. Trouble is, I have clear braces.... is there any way that I can whiten my teeth without changing the color of my braces? I'm kind of freaking out about my teeth today, since I have a dentist appointment tomorrow!!

No... on the White Out. However, if you want a cheap, but effective strategy... try rinsing with a combination of hydrogen peroxide and mouth wash every day. It really does work, but mix them just before using. I found out (the hard way) that trying to mix up a supply ahead of time degrades the mouth wash over time.

New to whitened teeth, is it strange to be able to see my tongue through me teeth?
Only within the last year have I REALLY been on top of cleaning my teeth well. I'm just making sure its not a symptom of something being wrong or anything. When I put my tongue to the inside of my bottom teeth, I can see a color difference through me teeth, which appears to be my tongue.
