Do I have to have a PHD/MD to be certified for performing Smart Lipo & laser teeth whitening?
I heard some high end Health Spas perform laser treatments such as teeth whitening and Smart Lipo. Do I just have to have my Estitition lisence along with aditional training? is it okay to use baking powder in teeth whitening instead of baking soda?
I'm confused which one is used in teeth whitening - baking soda or baking powder. I have the latter at home. I'm just hesitant to use it to my teeth. Please help! thanks!

you need to use baking soda - how it works is the particles are large and rough enough to scour away surface stains on your teeth... baking powder would be too fine to have any effect on your teeth.

What's a good whitening toothpaste that honestly whitens teeth and is healthy?
What's a good whitening toothpaste that actually whitens teeth, and is healthy? I don't need major whitening, but I'd like my teeth to be slightly whiter. But I also want my teeth to be healthy. So what's a good toothpaste that honestly really whitens and is healthy? THANKS

It depends on what you mean by 'healthy'. In my mind a healthy toothpaste would be one that does not contain artificial sweeteners, sodium laureth sulfate or other chemicals. I love coffee and red wine but a number of months ago my front tooth started to go black. I was worried it was rotten but when I dipped my finger in some baking soda and scrubbed the tooth the black went away and my tooth was as white as it ever was. For clean, white teeth I recommend cleaning your teeth with a baking soda paste once a week. The baking soda is abrasive so I wouldn't recommend using it everyday as it may wear your enamel. For a healthy toothpaste that can be used everyday, I choose Miessence Organic toothpaste.
