I've had little jelletin things made for my teeth to whiten them at night that I put jell into and that worked enough but I want them whiter! I've tried the baking soda thing but it didn't work? I brush my teeth every morning and night and usually in the after noon also but no matter what tooth paste I use it doens't seem to help for whiteness! URGH so what have you personally used that works well for whitening teeth. Whether it being home made solutions or a whitening strip what works best>? Also I have well water and I live in FL so it's not that great of water. There is a bunch of iron in it and it has turned my hair darker over the years so could this be a problem? had my teeth laser whitened not long ago and after that procedure i use a lot of whitening products & whitening strips to maintain the treatment i had but unfortunatelyy there still yellow. It gets me really down and stressed out iv spend so much money and nothing has worked. I don't drink tea, coffee or smoke, i drink a lot of water, milk and brush after having foods that stain. I've been to the dentist to have them cleaned and well that didn't do a lot. I also floss every other day :)

We are all born with specific color enamel, just like we all have a little different color skin or hair. Some people have very yellow teeth, perhaps they were raised in an area that had well water with a lot of fluoride. Those people usually get a good whitening outcome. Then there are those who where exposed to tetracycline when they were a baby and they have "grey" colored teeth. Unfortunately the grey colored tetracycline stain teeth do not whiten very well and usually require bonding or veneering of the teeth to achieve the desired result.
