peroxide is used in crest whitening strips. pour a bit of peroxide on ur toothrush and brush away after brushing with toothpaste. promise it is not dangerous. just dont swallow a gulp full lol. it works tho. do it like once a week youl see the difference.

it wont help any if u complain because u should have done that the day they put them on they arent going to put ones on that are way whiter obviously they would look ridiculous but they should go slightly whiter because veneers can stain but they cant be whitened so the toothpaste u use doesnt really matter

i am 15. i just finished using my crest advanced white strips, and they have whitened my teeth a little bit, but my teeth and still pretty yellow and i want them to be white. i brush my teeth 2-3 times a day. what can i do to make them white?

well you can have your teeth bleached (and what ever the color of you teeth) at the end they will compare your teeth color from the very beginning to the ending. It's not very painful at all takes a while but it was very worth it. I am so glad I did it...also ask your dentist if he suggest any type of toothpaste.

I haven't found one that is pleasing yet,but deffinetely don't use Crest Whitening Strips. They don't stay on and slide around your mouth. The Aquafresh trays look good but I haven't tried them yet- so I guess I would suggest those.

how come it only takes one time of strips to whiten my teeth?
i can put on some crest white strips, take them off 30 min later,and my teeth are amazing. and its not like they were very discolored before, so is that why it works so well with just one application? i ususally only use somebefore a big even like a wedding or something like that.

Hey guys. So as a graduation present my mom is letting me get my teeth done. After having braces for quite a few years I love by teeth but there's a slight problem. The best whitener is in office bleach. They take an impression of your teeth, make bleaching trays, and give you bleach/whitener to place on your teeth. But you are defeating the purpose if you are smoking. It won't make since to do that if you continue to smoke. Any Dentist that does give you whitener is a crook if you don't quit smoking.

How to get white teeth?
Before the disrespectful comments, I brush my teeth twice and day and use Listerine teeth whitening mouth wash. I don't want to use any products that are going to damage the enamel on my teeth or damage my teeth in any way, and I don't want anything too expensive. UK stores and products only please (unless it's been imported). And I want a home kit. Thank you very much :):)
