Ok. This is what I do. I wet my toothbrush, and put a pea sized amount of toothpaste on it. Then, I get a metal spoon, and scoop some baking soda out of the box, and rub the toothbrush on the spoon, which in turn picks up the baking soda onto the brush and toothpaste. Then, I brush as I would regularly do. Hope this helps :)

I like the Listerine whitening strips that dissolve on your teeth. I do put lip balm on first because I find it can dry my lips out. My teeth are pretty white naturally but occasionally the coffee slowly yellows them. These strips after just a few uses gets them white again. My nephew grew up with having yellow teeth and he did have to go to his dentist to get them professionally done. They looked great after and the kids stopped teasing him. (They were that bad). So depends on your situation how white you want them. :)
