i need to know some ways that doesnt cost a whole lot of money. i realize i will need to spend some, but dont give me information like "spend $45566" srsly now, dont act like an idiot.

I like the Listerine whitening strips that dissolve on your teeth. I do put lip balm on first because I find it can dry my lips out. My teeth are pretty white naturally but occasionally the coffee slowly yellows them. These strips after just a few uses gets them white again. My nephew grew up with having yellow teeth and he did have to go to his dentist to get them professionally done. They looked great after and the kids stopped teasing him. (They were that bad). So depends on your situation how white you want them. :)
