I want to whiten my teeth and wanted to know what should i use to whiten my teeth as in what product I've also heard of using hydrogen peroxide but does that really work? please tell me what method and product worked best for you, and how long does it take. Also how many times do you have to do it a day?

I doubt you want to keep hydrogen peroxide against your teeth for long periods of time. The whitening strips (i.e. Crest, etc.) is made with a peroxide gel, which is the same as you would get in a dental office. It's just in a lower concentration. With the Crest whitestrips, the length of time varies with which one you choose to use. (original, premium) I, myself, use the original and you use them twice a day for 30 minutes at a time. I also use Opalescence Tres White Supreme and they work really well too. But, they can run from $60 to $100. Those you use once a day for 60 minutes.
