okkay well for the teeth thing, try staying away form things like caffine and soda. theeth will seriously stain oyur teeth. also try some of that teeth whitening gum and the acne stuff try clean in clear acne control. it wont make them go away over night, but it only takes like 2 days. i used it before picture day, and my hucrongus zit was gone. if its not gone completely just try some conceler.

Teeth Whitening- Laser or LED? Which is the most effective?
I have pretty yellow teeth, I am finally getting them professionally whitened... :) Now I need to choose between an LED (blue light) treatment at £189 or a Laser treatment at £275....Im willing to pay the extra £86 with the Laser treatment if its more effective so could someone in the know please tell me which one is better or are they both the same....thanks :)

well LED is being used since years and has prooved to be very efficient method of whitening teeth and still being used worldwide by proffesionals and Laser treatment has come into play afterwards so there is not much of success histroy report available so ideally you can go for any of them but i would advice LED treatment.

But the worst thing about them is .. it doesnt get everytooth so .. it whitens about hmm the 10 top and like 8 lower .. so when you open your mouth .. if you had discolored teeth, you still see that beyond the whitend ones! So i definately recommend Crest Whiteing Strips .. after your done with like all of them .. i asure you to get Crest Night Effects! That way .. since the strips only cover like some of your teeth you can put Crest Night effects on any teeth you want! So once your done with one do the other! Your teeth will seriously turn out wonderful! All my friends are like .. how the hell do you have such white teeth .. im like haha i dont know! i would never tell them about the strips or the night effects :]] Good luckk.

Looking for suggestions on white gold tooth. My friend has really white teeth and you'd think his dental hygiene was superb. The truth is, he can go up to 4 days without brushing them. Wearing teeth whitening strips for longer than recommended...?
I was wondering if wearing a whitening strip for longer than the 1/2 hour they tell you to wear them is bad for your teeth of it it will just make them whiter? I think I wore one for about 3 hours once and my teeth were sensitive but nothing terrible.

I know its better to do it after, but how long do you have to wait to get braces on after you whiten teeth?
From what I understand, you can't get braces right after teeth whitening because the fibers will stick to the brackets and the glue of the bracket itself will be messed up. How long do you have to wait?

I liked it better than the strips because my bottom teeth are slightly crooked, and the strips only fit properly on perfectly straight teeth and they don't go back as far as i wanted to whiten. So u just paint it on at night and brush it off when u wake up. It feels kinda gunky in ur mouth but i only used it for a few days and i could see a real difference. And it doesn't taste as disgusting as the strips.

How to fix the stripped enamel on my teeth? I used whitening strips and my 2 front teeth are no stripped?

If you haven't actually done any damage, a dentist is also the best person to finish the whitening job right. A dentist may not be as inexpensive as the strips at the store, but it's safer in the long run and you don't risk making a bigger bill to fix things gone wrong.
