Is there a way of whitening teeth even if you have braces?

Every night you can mix bakeing soda and water and swish it around in your mouth for as long as you can. it works for me! But it takes a few weeks for the results to be knoticable... My friend tried putting a squirt of lemon juice on his front teeth and let it drip down to the molars then spat it out and said it worked. But i've never tried it.

What should I use for a bottom tray for whitening teeth?
I have a plastic tray (in the form of my top teeth) that I will use for whitening my teeth by putting whitening gel inside of it and wearing it in the shower. I would only recommend using this mixture every few days though as baking soda is an abrasive and can damage teeth and gums if used excessively. Try to stay away from peroxide as this too can cause harm to your gingival tissues, causing them to become inflammed or red and sore. If you are having a major problem with staining or discoloring on the teeth, watch what you are drinking and eating. Wines and coffee are big stain issues for teeth as well as berries ( blueberries, blackberries ) Also if you use tobacco products they too will stain the teeth. If you use any of these, try to brush ASAP after using them and wash them off the surfaces of your teeth.

I am very self conscious about my teeth especially. I have a stain that comes and goes since I was a kid. I want it gone.
