I have had braces for about a year and I was wondering what i could use to whiten my teeth with braces on because its bad enough that I have braces, i don't need yellow looking teeth aswell! Are there any natural remedies to help whiten teeth? Thanks :)

Every night you can mix bakeing soda and water and swish it around in your mouth for as long as you can. it works for me! But it takes a few weeks for the results to be knoticable... My friend tried putting a squirt of lemon juice on his front teeth and let it drip down to the molars then spat it out and said it worked. But i've never tried it.
