Best Method Of Teeth Whitening?
I just got home from travelling the world and have noticed that my teeth aren't looking the best. Brushing was the least of my priority. I dont mind spending a bit on it but I want to make sure I'm not going to buy into a false product. I always brush my teeth and just got back into the habit of flossing them. Well, I was considering trying Trident gum the one that whitens your teeth? Has anybody tried this gum before?Did your teeth get whiter? Does it remove plaque and coffee stains from your teeth? I have an orthodontist appointment and the doctor told me to be sure to brush my teeth and to floss them before I meet with him? I was just wondering if the gum will help as well as brushing and flossing my teeth? I really want to take care of my teeth.

I used two whole boxes of crest whitestrips advanced seal in one month, and I did see a difference of about 5-8 shades. my teeth were pretty bad off because I had neglected to brush them as a child. they aren't as white as I'd like them to be, more of an off-white, but I have braces right now so it doesn't matter too much. but they are definitely a heck of a lot brighter than they used to be. I used them back in august, and the color is still the same, so I'd say the effects last.

I honestly don't know, BUT I do know that alot of those super pricey tooth whitening products out there work no better than alot of cheap techniques. You could try baking soda, that's cheap and lots of people use it. Also, there are pretty cheap whitening gels that work good-I use one that's only about 5 bucks and it works greaaat! Lastly, Crest Whitening Toothpaste is great. I think it tasted much better than others too! Good Luck!
