Ok i m 19 and I rarely or never brushed in my life.Now I feel like yellow teeth is really destroying my Image. I started brushing many times but I discontinue cause i know its useless. If you tried Zoom there is a very good chance you will not have lighter colored teeth. Zoom is usually a very powerful whitening agent. Unless it was not used correctly, I would say you may have to settle for your own color. The only other answer I could give would be to use a professional whitening system that requires a bleaching tray and peroxide gel of 20% or higher over a several day period. Anything you purchase over the counter will not be as strong as one bought at a dental office.

How do I keep Crest Whitestrips on my teeth?
I just recently bought these to whiten my teeth. So far I've only used one strip. After I put it on, it kept sliding off my teeth (partially) due to the wetness in my mouth. How do I prevent this so I can keep them on my teeth for 30 minutes? Also, is it safe to swallow? With gel in my mouth, won't a little bit get in parts of the mouth? Somebody help me here.

If they start to shift, just push them back into place. I use the Whitestrips once a year, and I've never had a problem with just pushing them back up. As for the swallowing bit, obviously you shouldn't swallow the whole thing. However, like toothpaste, if you swallow a tiny bit, it won't do any harm.

It was a long day, but they look great and they gave me a mouth piece and lots of my own whitener to bring home with me. I do that every couple of weeks. There really is a difference...and they look GREAT. I recommend anyone to do this. Its totally worth the money.

So if anything you could possible swish with a water diluted peroxide mix. That may help some. For $50 I got 2 syringes with the whitening agent in it, and I already had a retainer from my orthodontist, but if not you will have to buy one. Then it would cost around $100 I think.
