is there an at home way to whiten teeth?

i was wondering if there is any thing in the normal home that can whiten teeth? i have a mouthgaurd. i dont know if i can actually use this for my teeth, but i do have clothing bleach. i have toothpaste and a very good toothbrush. thankyou so much for ur answers

Whatever you do dont use clothing bleach!!! The dental grade bleach is actually made from a stronger gel strength peroxide solution. So if anything you could possible swish with a water diluted peroxide mix. That may help some. You could also brush with baking soda, but all that will remove is the surface stains, which would be the same as using a abrasive toothpase. Why not try one of the whitening toothpastes?
