My friend brushes her teeth twice a day, and always has since I've known her, but for some reason she has off white-slightly yellowish teeth. Hyrdrogen Peroxide and baking soda actually do a pretty nice job whitening your teeth, but it can take a while. I would say Crest Whitestrips. I've used them a few times and I actually just bought a pack today for $30 its a 10 day supply and I don't think anything has worked better for me. Another thing she could do is go on eBay and buy some of the imported stuff. It's real cheap and it comes with a mouth tray that molds to your teeth. This has worked well for me also. Hi, It is kind of hard to to say what is the best whitening system. if you are not going to use paint on (which i personally like very much) or strips, that leaves you only with whitening trays. I would recommend you use products with 5%-6% hydrogen peroxide or 20%-25% Carbamide peroxide which is the equivalent. I suggest you read a little more about teeth whitening. Check the site at the source they have a lot of information and they have free trails offers some of them if i am not mistaken are whitening trays. Good luck

I am planning on having my teeth whitened in a clinic and I'd appreciate some advice and information about procedures that other people have had. I've previously tryed home whitening kits and my dentist has explained that the peroxide strength is too low to make a difference, similarly with whitening toothpastes - so please don't feel you have to tell me about these! Also, I have never smoked, never drunk coffee or tea or wine, don't drink any kind of cola-type fizzy drinks and my teeth are naturally darker than I would like. I'd like to know if you have any recommendations and advice about good practises and prices? If you are in the London area this would be most helpful! Names of clinics and practitioners too... I am a dentist in America but the equipment and procedures are all the same. The "laser" procedure just uses a higher concentration of hydrogen peroxide. It works very well. You can get just as white by using the other stuff it will just take longer.

Is this stuff online the same quality as you get from the dentist? It seems like the online kits are much more reasonably priced compared to the dentist.
