My friend has major problems with this, and I'd like to help her, but she hates chemicals and wants a eco-friendly, free and something from her house to fix the problem. Any solutions?

Making a mixture of mashed strawberries and baking soda supposedly helps whiten teeth. Mash up one strawberry and about a spoonful of baking soda and slather it onto your teeth. Keep it there for as long as you can bear it (it can be tingly) and rinse.
