My friend brushes her teeth twice a day, and always has since I've known her, but for some reason she has off white-slightly yellowish teeth. Her family doesn't have a lot of money and she can't afford to go to the dentists. What would be the most effective and cheapest method for whitening her teeth? Thank you for your time.

Hyrdrogen Peroxide and baking soda actually do a pretty nice job whitening your teeth, but it can take a while. I would say Crest Whitestrips. I've used them a few times and I actually just bought a pack today for $30 its a 10 day supply and I don't think anything has worked better for me. Another thing she could do is go on eBay and buy some of the imported stuff. It's real cheap and it comes with a mouth tray that molds to your teeth. This has worked well for me also. Just go on eBay and check some of it out. Good luck
