Help! I need serious fashion & accessories help!!!+ Any teeth whitening tips?+Hairstyles?
D: Idk what to wear for school! I am going into 7th grade and I have NO IDEA what are the must haves for school nowadays! I'm a bit short for my age so some Junior sized stuff I don't fit in. D: And the worst part is.... MY MUM WON'T LET ME WEAR SKINNY JEANS!!! She thinks they are bad for you. :( So i need help on what shirts are cool, cute, and don't have things like Jonas Bros, or hannah montana, or HSM on them... I don't like t-shirts like that!!!!!!!!!!!! Also I need cute skirts, pants, shorts, and shoes ideas. Also what are some cute accessories? Like earrings, bracelets, and necklaces. Oh, and purses/bags. I don't wanna look like I'm 15, cause, well lets face it, its impossible for me to look 15 right now, and that would look weird, so 15+ age group stuff-Out of the question. Good stores would help. I recently bought and thing of Arm&Hammer toothpaste (the kind with baking soda, for whitening your teeth) as well as a whitening gel that you put on top of your toothpaste whenever you brush. It works so amazingly, I think it's about $4, sold at drugstores. Works like magic! For your hair, straightening and curling on a daily basis can get frustrating, trust me. Try cute braids, or a super-high ponytail. Side ponytails are cute too, especially when they're a bit wavy. Good luck on your seventh grade- middle school sucks, but you'll get out of it soon enough! :]

im trying to whiten my teeth, i smoke socailly, so its not like a pack a day or any of that...if anything a pack a week MAYBE and its not every week...ive done SOME research and found crest whitening strips will help whiten your teeth a lot, but im worried that my teeth will become weak and lose a lot of its enamle which i understand thats what happens...i found that if i buy arm and hammer age defying toothpaste that will naturally build my enamle back so my teeth stay strong and the white strips keep them white...is this true or does anyone have any advice that has helped them!?

Is it OK to use baking soda to whiten your teeth when you have braces?
I heard that you can use baking soda to whiten your teeth. I was going to try it, but I have braces right now. I know your not supposed to use most bleach/whitening treatments while you have braces, so should I wait until I get my braces off before I try it?

I wouldnt try any extreme bleachig methods (such as baking soda) without the supervision of your ortho....and if you ignore your ortho...i wouldnt try anything still because it could actually remove the enamel in the places that are not underneath the bracket...so when you get the bracket off you are left with a big, obvious stained square in the middle of your teeth - not pretty

Polanight teeth whitening help needed please!?
I've been given Polanight 16% by my dentist who told me to use it overnight for 14 days. I have used it 6 times now and my teeth are now so sensitive I'm not sure whether to keep doing it. Also, only the bottom half of my teeth have changed colour, is this normal, will the whole of the tooth gradually change? Not sure if I'm using too much or too little gel, dentist was a bit vague! Getting caps on front teeth, doing whitening now, have questions?
I'm getting caps done on my two top middle teeth (called 1 and 2 i think). The dentist gave me the molds and syringes for whitening for the rest of the teeth, they're very discoloured. I have some questions. I need to know for when to make the appointment to get the caps. Once I finish the whitening, do i need to wait a week or something before getting the temporaries so that the colour has time to "settle"? Do the whitened teeth need a few days so that they can come into the colour they'll be. Or if i finish the whitening on a friday, can i just go straight in on saturday or will the temporaries then be brighter then the rest of the teeth because a week from then the rest will darken. ok, i hope that made sense. question two. When i asked my dentist whether i could do the laser whitening she said that the trays are better. my teeth are pretty "yellow" and even the dentist said that they wont go white but they'll just be "brighter". Once i finish the trays, can i just go in and do the laser whitening so that i ensure i have whitest colour possible before getting the crowns. will that damage my teeth if i follow the one whitening treatment after another? i just want to make sure the whitening is done as well as possible and i dont know if the trays will do that. The reason she said that the trays are better is that the results last longer, so if i get the laser done, will it soon go back to the colour that i would have with just the trays? i dont want my teeth to be a different colour from the crowns sometime down the line so i have concerns about that.

I drink alot of coffee, and my teeth are very white, with no signs of all the tea and coffee!!

Has anyone tried the teeth whiting products on Ebay?
I've just found some teeth whitening products on Ebay claiming that are produced by the same suppliers as dentists and are professional strength whitening gel. The kit usually comes with the syringes, mouth trays and the blue light and it's super cheap like under $5. Has anyone tried these or heard anything about them? They come from the UK i think...... This might sound weird, but banana peels!! You rub the inside of the peel (white part opposite of yellow side) across your teeth for about 5 minutes. Than, you take a tooth brush and brush off the residue. In about a month, you teeth will improve by two shades of white! Good Luck!!! ;D
