Okay. So I want to whiten my teeth. I was going to use the baking soda method and was wondering if you had to brush before or after using the baking soda.

Doesn't really matter, but I would say use the baking soda second. That way the whitening power is on a bit longer. Whichever you prefer is fine.

Baking Soda, Salt, and White Vinegar Teeth Whitening Remedy...?
I have been mixing 1 teaspoon of Baking soda, a few drops of white vinegar, and a dash of salt and brushing my teeth with that. How long should it take for my teeth to get white? My teeth aren't incredibly bad to start with I just want them a little whiter.

I have been considering whitening my teeth but wanted to know if if could harm your gums or teeth in any way? If you're going to get your teeth whitened, definitely do it at the dentists. They are certified, they know what they are doing, and they'll give you good, sound advice to keep it in tip-top shape. Depending on how many times you need to whiten your teeth (and it also depends if you insurance covers it), it can range anywhere from 200-600 dollars. I had it done and it worked wonderfully. Just a note: my gums were sensitive after the procedures and my dentist told me to avoid coffee and anything that I eat that will stain my teeth. If you really wanted to save some money and do it naturally, you can gargle your own urine three times a day and watch your teeth slowly get whitened.

Should i brush my teeth with crest whitening paste 1hour before i use crest whitening strips or not?
When i get my paste i was thinking about brushing them 1hour before i use the strips. I would only do this once a day and before bed an i would brush my teeth in the morning with a different toothpaste e.g sensitive one. :D

Take 5 teaspoons baking soda and vegetable glycerin; 10 drops of peppermint for fresh breath; ¼ teaspoon salt. Mix all the ingredients, toothpaste is ready. Now store in bottle. 4.Take one teaspoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon of salt. Now make a paste and use it on discolored teeth. 5.Take half teaspoon of bi-carbonate of soda and some water for mixing. i read about using hydrogen peroxide & baking soda together to whiten my teeth so i decided to try it. i started brushing my teeth with it and felt an extreme stinging sensation. so i gargled it out with peroxide like the next step was, and the bottle burst. so then i gargle it out with water. my gums have white spots that hurt really bad and were bleeding. whats wrong and what can i do to start healing ?

You really need to see a doctor, and in the meanwhile you should gargle with salty water as much as possible, and after food. The doc may give you antibiotics to hold infection back. Man, that really must hurt, get better soon!

Teeth whitening white spots on teeth?
All of my life I have had very faint white spots on my front bottom and top teeth. I just purchased a teeth whitening product from my dentist and finished the first 1 hour application. But my teeth look the same color but now these white spots on my teeth are bright white! I've very concerned, is this normal? It just seems to have whitened little spots, like those spots im talking about and a couple of other spots where i think the teeth is weaker. Should I continue with whitening my teeth, or will this just get worse? Has anyone ever had this happen? :(

The ONLY over the counter whitening our office recommends is the Crest White Strips. They do work! It may take sometime to work but not to worry you will have a result. Your bottom teeth are perfectly fine in the placement they are in. :) If any sensitivity occurs whiten your teeth every other day instead of every day. If the sensitivity still occurs try brushing with sensitivity toothpaste. :)
