Teeth Whitening help?
For a very long time I have had yellow(ish) teeth and I have been trying very hard to break that.For the past few months I have been brushing for 2 minutes every time and flossing. But it dosn't seem to be working that well. Any suggestions on things that work or things I could change?

I've not heard it. I used to be addicted to teeth whitening. It would be better to use white strips, or some sort of whitening kit with a mouth tray. Or consult your dentist about a zoom whitening kit. Just make sure not to use to much, or your teeth will become super sensitive, and that sucks.

What is the best way to whiten teeth without spending a fortune?
My teeth are discolored from years of drinking coffee and smoking. I only smoked for about 4 years and I quit over 5 years ago. I have 1 cup of coffee in the morning (for the past 6 years) and an occasional cup of tea. How can I whiten my teeth without spending a fortune on a dentist? Do I need to avoid coffee and tea?

I had the same problem. When I switched to Vivid White toothpaste, it made a pretty noticeable difference. Brushing with baking soda occasionally helps, as well as the white strips that people are already recommending. Just don't do it all at once, or you'll ruin your enamel.

What whitening strips work best?
I recently got my braces removed and my orthodontist suggested whitening strips to even out the splotches of uneven color on my teeth. However, he didn't mention any specific brand. Can anyone who has used teeth whitening products tell me what they recommend?

i been looking forward on getting my teeth professionaly whitend at the dentist. i know it cost alot of cash.. im guessing around 1grand. my bottom row of teeth got color changed from a side effect of trazadon. its a sleeping pill. they are YELLOW. not at all white like my top. not coffee yellow either. just pure yellow. i just dont want to spend so much cash and not have any change at all. please let me know

Teeth whitening at home.?
I've only recently started to get really concious about my teeth. Since the dentist spotted a few problems with it it's made me aware of how bad they could get - colour wise. I've never really noticed it before but they've gone a yellowy colour well maybe more of a creamy colour not White. It's really starting to get to me I'm only 15 and I thought maybe they go whiter as j get older? Or is there anything j candu at home to make them whiter? It's really bothering and sort knocking my confidence when it comes to smiling or laughing.

when should i whiten my teeth when i get my braces off?
i am getting my top braces off in less than two days. they are taking them off and then getting an impression of my teeth for my top retainer. they are waiting three weeks to take the bottoms off because they have to schedule a seperate appointment because they are putting in a permanent retainer on the bottoms. so my question is, should i wait to use teeth whiteners until both top and bottoms come off? or could i begin to start whitening my tops right after they come off?

Question about Target Brand teeth whitening strips?
so i got these target-brand teeth strips, and i read the instructions and everything, but i got a little confused. it said they dissolve after 10 minutes, but all it does is turns into sticky gel-looking stuff. I left it in for like an hour, and it all disolved completely, and there was nothing left on my teeth. . BUT, reading some questions on here, i saw that many people were asking when they should take it out of their mouth?? does this mean i have to wash my mouth out after it dissolves in 10 minutes or something?? should i not leave it on my teeth for an hour? and also, i went to brush my teeth before putting the strip on tonight and i noticed my teeth hurt a little?

Teeth yellow again after teeth whitening procedure?
Hi...I recently bleached my teeth (2 months ago) and was satisfied with the immediate result. I didn't drink or eat any colored foods for 24 hours, and avoided them for 3 more days. I do not smoke, and drink coffee maybe twice a week, and with milk.. Thing is, my teeth were yellow again in just a month! And now, after 2 months, they are almost the same as before. Wasn't this supposed to last for longer? I don't understand, I spent 400 dollars on this, and it was a complete waste of money.. I'm thinking of going to the dental office and complaining..
